    There are never any weeks available on the timeshare availability.
    however I can book an appointment if I am paying with a credit card as a new guest. Ironic huh!

      As an owner, you have a week every year within your season. However, due to the high volume of owners, it is best to plan early to guarantee you get a week. Owners each have an opportunity to use their week, deposit it with an exchange company, or to rent their week out. If an owner puts their time into the rental program, the inventory is now available to rent. These are two different types of inventory, so that is why sometimes that is the only inventory available.     We found The Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing to be delightful, clean and well run. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable and front desk staff, cleaning staff and even maintenance personnel were helpful, cheerful and efficient. Our room had a small balcony, a view of mountains and snow covered trees and a gas fireplace that turns on and off with a simple switch. We visited just before official ski season began finding that the Lodge facility was almost filled to capacity. This same week we noticed that the other hotels, the restaurants and casinos were nearly empty, leading us to believe that the Lodge is a well kept, well liked secret.

    We have been coming to Kingsbury for 20 years. There is no better place to stay in all of Tahoe. The staff here treat you like family and you have all the comforts of home here. We have been to other timeshares and have never experienced the welcome feeling that we have here.

    We’ve only been here two days, but we’re loving The Lodge. Clean – very clean – and the friendliest of staff, who are always smiling. This is the best timeshare exchange we’ve had in the Tahoe area. Thanks.

    There is no on site beach access as listed on the web site under accommodations. I would consider this an off site accommodation. Our room was way overdue for remodeling. Otherwise, nice place to stay.
